Saturday Night Special by Mari Carr is a madcap, wacky adventure but that is to be expected since this is wild child Riley Collins’ book!

When Riley takes off for a weekend in Las Vegas with friend Trevor Blankenship, it is good friend and cop, Aaron Young who flies to Vegas to keep her out of trouble. Aaron finds Riley drunker than a skunk, but when she confesses she wants her happily ever after like the rest of her siblings, he whisks her away to an all night Wedding Chapel and with Elvis presiding and they tie the knot. Before the honeymoon fun begins, Aaron and Riley have to track down Trevor and his gold-digging stripper before his estranged wife gets hold of him. And that is when their Vegas escapade takes on a life of its own!

Saturday Night Special perfectly captures the spirit of Riley Collins. Riley lives life to the fullest, and she opens her heart to everyone she meets. Aaron is a lot more cautious, easy going, and, well, just an all around nice guy. While Riley’s feelings for Aaron may have been platonic, the same cannot be said for Aaron. When Aaron catches a glimpse of the vulnerable woman that her life of the party exterior hides, he decides it is time to take a gamble on love. Before long, Riley discovers that in the bedroom, Aaron is a take charge kind of man, and much to her surprise, she finds that to be a huge turn on for her.

Buckle your seat belt, sit back, and enjoy the ride. Saturday Night Special by Mari Carr is a light-hearted, fun, super sexy novel, and you will love it as much I did.
